Netflix’s vision is to become the world's leading internet subscription service for enjoying films and TV programmes.

 According to strategy definition process, in our online TV business, the first option is Lock in Suppliers, it let the company to keep eye on “what’s happen there”, which it can provide the latest movies and TV programs.

The second option is Advertising in Facebook and Google searches. Netflix‘s all transactions and customer service online as ‘Clicks’. This can help company positional e business strategic into build better Brand leadership and Service.

The third option is Direct Subscription of Individual (home base) Customer. Netflix main customer is individual customer. So this is the new business model of Netflix.

The fourth option is Pay per view in Hotels. As Netflix, hotel customer is new kind customer. It is a new market. So it is the market development strategy.

To do this strategy, it can help Netflix to achieve his vision.
