Netflix’s vision is to become the world's leading internet subscription service for enjoying films and TV programmes.
According to strategy
definition process, in our online TV business, the first option is Lock in Suppliers, it let the company
to keep eye on “what’s happen there”, which it can provide the latest movies and
TV programs.
The second option is Advertising
in Facebook and Google searches. Netflix‘s all transactions and customer
service online as ‘Clicks’. This can help company positional e business strategic
into build better Brand leadership and Service.
The third option is Direct
Subscription of Individual (home base) Customer. Netflix main customer is
individual customer. So this is the new business model of Netflix.
The fourth option is Pay
per view in Hotels. As Netflix, hotel customer is new kind customer. It is
a new market. So it is the market development strategy.
